Uses: FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY

1. Do a test on a small spot on the back of your hand or leg and wait a few moments to see if there's any reaction. If there's a reaction such as a rash, burning, or itchiness do not apply oil to your skin and contact us.
2. Put a few drops in your hands and gently massage onto your lower abdomen and lower back in counter clockwise direction.
3. For deeper experience, apply a few drops to a warm compress and apply to lower abdomen or back.
4. Put a drop on your wrists, or heart space as needed. Breathe deeply. Invite stillness. 
5. Avoid dripping the oil directly onto your body to prevent the oil from going somewhere that may be sensitive to the oil.
