Returns & Exchanges Policy

At B-Well Energy Wellness, we craft and curate each product with care, intention, and energetic precision. We understand that occasionally, issues may arise, and we’re here to support you through the process—with a few important guidelines.


🔁 General Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Opened Essential Oils cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Energetically charged and consecrated items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items sold during promotions or final sale events are also non-refundable.


📦 Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or P.O. boxes.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.


📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please record a brief unboxing video or photo proof.

  2. Send your proof to products@b-wellenergywellness.com within 3 business days of delivery.

  3. Once approved, we'll coordinate a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees).

  4. Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned product.


♻️ How to Return or Exchange

If your item qualifies:

  • Contact us at products@b-wellenergywellness.com to begin the process.

  • Include your order number and reason for return.

  • You may use a return label provided by us (only for damaged or defective products), or your own shipping method. We recommend tracked shipping.

  • Be sure to ship the item back within 3 business days after initiating the return.


🌎 International Orders

  • International orders are non-returnable, except in the case of damage or defect.

  • For approved returns, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • In the case of a replacement due to damage, B-Well Energy Wellness will cover outbound shipping.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Refunds are issued minus shipping fees.


🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled any time before processing.


🎁 Promotions & Discounts

  • Only one promo code may be applied per order.

  • Promo codes are valid only during their promotional window and cannot be retroactively applied.
