💫 The Forgiveness Challenge Blog: How it got started
🌿 2025 Forgiveness Challenge: A Journey Back to Wholeness
What if the weight you’ve been carrying isn’t yours to hold anymore?
What if freedom isn't something you chase—but something you choose?
We invite you to begin 2025 with intention, clarity, and deep emotional release through the B-Well Forgiveness Challenge—a transformative, month-by-month journey into the heart of healing. Forgiveness isn’t about forgetting. It’s about reclaiming your peace, your power, and your presence.
Each month, we’ll explore powerful themes—starting with the self, and expanding to relationships, family, friends, and even the stories we tell ourselves. With guided reflections, journal prompts, energy tools, and spiritual practices, this challenge is your invitation to soften, surrender, and rise.
💫 Whether you're new to inner work or already walking your healing path, this challenge will meet you where you are and gently walk you forward.
Here's what the challenge looks like:
- Go at your own pace with our virtual classroom.
- Weekly Meditation
- Group Healing Sessions
- Workshops
- Recorded Replays
- Weekly coursework to guide you through the practice of the month.
How did it start?
At the end of 2023, a friend of mine asked if I would consider doing a vision board session for the end of the year or the New Year. I decided not to since there were so many vision board workshop or things on youtube that people didn't need me to do another one. That question stirred a thought in me and for a few days I asked myself the question, "What are you going to do for the New Year?"Â
While this program had programmatic implications, it had, as my teacher Jeff Noble would say, "The accent of the Divine" on it. I felt a pull to do something but didn't know what, or with whom, or where, or even why, but I knew I had to do something....Maybe it was inner work that I had to do.Â
So, at some random hour in the morning while scrolling through social media, something about forgiveness popped up...I will take a liberty to be like the apostle Paul and say whether in the body or out of the body I do not know. All I know is I had this thought about a forgiveness challenge. I found a passage in Matthew where Peter asks Jesus "If my brother offends me, how many times should I forgive him? 7 times?" To which Jesus responds, "No, 70 x 7".
There was the answer! The 70x7 Forgiveness Challenge! As a numerologist, I started analyzing the numbers and realized doing 490 forgiveness exercises in 366 days (2024 was a leap year), required some organization. 4+9=13 1+3=4 4 is the number of structure, organization, and discipline. So I broke it down to where each day got a forgiveness exercise and then the additional 124 days were broken down to 10 additional exercises per month. This movement grew and we held weekly meditations, monthly teachings, guest facilitators, scholarship giveaways, and much more.Â
At the end of the year the group which grew to about 30 people asked if I would continue in 2025 and here we are! The 2025 challenge is slightly different in that it it is hosted in an online platform that creates a community environment where we can post and engage with one another, weekly content is posted on the theme of the month, replays from our sessions are available, and pop-up sessions occur randomly 🙂. We still have weekly meditations and healings, and members of the challenge receive discounted prices on healing and coaching services from B-Well Energy Wellness.
The subscription to be a part of the 2025 Forgiveness challenge is less than $1 per day with monthly payment options or yearly subscription. Â
